Reservation online must be made at least 72 hours in advance to assure availability.
	Telephone reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $ 4.00 fee less than 24 hours, same day or same hour reservation, and are subject to availability.
	Be sure to make reservations early, because availability is limited.

	Some passengers may prefer not to put their credit cards online. You can also fax it to us at (808) 623-8181 with your name and complete information.
	Scheduled time pick-up at specific area: Each area of O'ahu has a scheduled time of pick-up ( minutes after hour) Example: You prefer to be picked up at 7:30 am at Mililani Town. The scheduled pick-up time in Mililani Town and Mililani Mauka is by hour, therefore 7:00 am, 8:00 am....... During confirmation, the dispatcher will match your time preference to the nearest hour, and he'll ask you, if you can get ready at 7:00 am or 7:20 am. Your flexibility on the time is greatly appreciated. In the reservation form, please indicate in the appropriate box your preferred time( if there's any ), and we often can adjust our schedule to meet your preference.
	Confirming: Departure reservations, made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a confirmation call the night before between 7:00 Pm - 9:00 Pm. Please be sure to provide us with a telephone number which you can be reached at this time.
	Cancellation and no show fee: If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. There is never a fee to change or reschedule an existing reservation with reasonable notification.
	"Being on time" Departure reservations : We operate a shuttle service, so please be ready at the appointment time. Your driver will probably show up a few minutes early to load your luggage. We try to be loaded up on leaving by appointment time ( we operate on a schedule). If your driver should think he might be even one minute late, he will call you and our dispatcher.
	Credit card is required for Waikiki reservations.
